When you choose this package we’ll ask you to nominate a number of key holders -. If your alarm is triggered, Then we’ll call you and your keyholders. We’ll help you train them on best practice for responding to an alarm but essentially they’ll check the exterior of the premises and call the police if anything is amiss. If there are no signs of a break-in they’ll enter the building and reset the alarm.
As well as notifying your key holders we’ll also contact the police, giving you added reassurance of involving the authorities in the response to your alarm. Keyholders should give the police access to the building if required, as well as stopping the alarm when they enter.
